Building upon one current Tier-3 license representing 30,000 square feet of production, Weekend Unlimited has negotiated two additional Tier-3 licenses representing a total of 90,000 square feet of production. The company will utilize a combination of mixed light greenhouses with a processing room for extraction. Weekend Unlimited will also utilize its technology to process product for other licensed growers, which will provide additional revenue.
With options negotiated for 565-acres in Humboldt County and 31.2-acres in Yolo County, Weekend Unlimited facilities in California will start with 2.2-acres of canopy and 22,000 sq. ft of production respectively. The prospective California operations represent a highly scalable business model with nursery included.
