Weekend Unlimited Finalizes Debt Settlement Agreement

Vancouver, BC (April 20th, 2020) - Weekend Unlimited Industries Inc. ("Weekend" or the "Company") (CSE: POT - FSE: 0OS1 - OTCQB: WKULF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a creditor of the Company and pursuant to the agreement, the Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 3,348,147 common shares in the capital of the Company to settle $301,333 of outstanding debt.
